Morgan Park celebrated "Senior Day" in a rout of Prosser H.S. 18 - 2. The Mustangs pounded out their season frustrations with a 20-hit attack, picking up the non-conference victory at home. The last home game for many of the players was filled with a crowd of parents, students, and the school band cheering the team to victory. " This has been a game we have dedicated to our players and their parents for the past 3 seasons."- Head Coach Nelson.

The game had many highlights! Senior Donald Newsom earned his first victory pitching 4 innings in relief and going 2-4 with 2 doubles. Senior Maurice Wilson went 3-3 with a double and 2 singles. Chris Rogers continued his hot hitting with a 3-4 performance with 2 doubles, a single, 2 runs scored and 3 rbi's. Also, Rotimi Omosheyin added a 3-4 game with 4 rbi's.

The Mustangs (15-12, 6-4) play Thursday at Curie and Friday vs. Washington before starting the playoffs.
